Dr. Willey has been married for over 35 years and has 4 children. His interests include family, entrepreneurship, public policy, reading, hiking, and hunting.
Dr. Willey sees Patients at our offices in Festus, South County, Creve Coeur, and Alton, IL.
Because the business of medicine could be a significant help or hindrance to quality patient care, Dr. Willey has advanced the following programs:

*Founder of South County Outpatient Surgery Center in 1992
*Merger of 5 practices to form Beacon Healthcare in 1994
*Founding and 11 years CEO 1996 of Esse Health, a 70+ physician medical group, adopted electronic health records in 1998
*Cofounder and initial CEO 1999, Wellinx electronic prescribing and in-office dispensing corp. now, Clear Practice EHR is wholly owned by Essence Healthcare
*Founder Adult Day Care Center 2001
*Founding CEO 2003, Essential RRG, a professional liability company

Dr. Fernando also attends to our hospitalized patients. He is interested in teaching and providing comprehensive care for our patients.
EHAB KAISER, M.D.
Dr. Kaiser is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Medical Directors Association. He is dedicated to serving his patients and has a magnificent “bedside manner,” spending the time it takes to ensure his patients are healthy and happy.
Dr. Kaiser joined Innovare Health Advocates in early 2023. His compassion and understanding have made him a true asset to our Innovare Team. He sees patients at our Creve Coeur office.
