Melissa Grizzle, APRN-BC

Melissa provides primary nursing and medical care to individuals and families of Innovare Health, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention while simultaneously diagnosing and managing acute and chronic diseases. She has 8 years of ICU healthcare experience.

Melissa has cared for a wide variety of critically ill Patients who have suffered from neurological, psychological, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and renal diseases. She is currently ACLS certified. Melissa was voted by her peers to receive the FACES (Friendly-Available-Caring-Efficient and Safe) award. She has had the opportunity to lead her peers as a charge nurse and to educate and guide new graduates as they orient themselves to their nursing careers.

Melissa is currently a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and SNAP (St. Louis Nurses in Advanced Practice). She obtained her RN-BSN from Loyola University-Chicago. She completed her MSN from Maryville University and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Melissa lives in St. Peters, MO with her husband, 2 daughters and their dog. She loves being a mom and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching movies, shopping, playing soccer, and occasionally challenging herself to a half marathon. Melissa sees Patients at the Lake St. Louis office.
